Bolingbrook Golf Club to Host Illinois Open Qualifier

The 67th Illinois Open Championship will be contested at Royal Hawk Country Club and Royal Fox Country Club 2016, and we are honored that Bolingbrook Golf Club was selected by the Illinois PGA as a qualifying site for this year's championship. The state championship of Illinois golf is open to any legal resident (professional or amateur) of the State of Illinois. Amateurs must carry a verified handicap index of 10.0 or less. Western Amateur Returns — History Repeats At Point O’ Woods

Point O’ Woods Golf & Country Club, an exclusive club tucked away in a secluded and wooded area of Benton Harbor, Michigan, is extremely proud and excited to once again host the prestigious Western Amateur Championship on July 30-August 3, 2019 for the 41st time in the history of the club. In the sixty years that the club has been open for play, The Point has hosted the Western Amateur in 1963, 1965, and in 1971-2008 for a total of forty times---more than any other club in the nearly 120 years that the event has been played! The Evans Scholars Invitational Debuts At The Glen Club!

The Evans Scholars Invitational will debut at The Glen Club in Glenview, IL on May 20-26, 2019. A brand new event on the Web.com Tour, the ESI field will feature the best and brightest future stars of golf. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Evans Scholars Foundation. The Evans Scholars Foundation offers full tuition and housing scholarships to deserving caddies across the nation. This past year, 985 Evans Scholars were enrolled at 18 universities. University of Illinois Women’s Golf to Host Invitational at Medinah Country Club

15 NCAA Teams Compete at Historic Medinah CC October 8-9, 2018

Medinah, Ill.– The University of Illinois Women’s Golf Team will host the Illini Women’s Invitational October 8-9 at Medinah Country Club in Medinah, Ill.  This marks the first tournament hosted by the Fighting Illini since the 2008 Illini Spring Classic in Urbana, Ill. 15 teams will be participating in the event in a 54-hole stroke play format. The Big 10 Conference will be well represented with four conference teams competing: Illinois, Indiana, Purdue, and Wisconsin.  (more…)
